Joe came to HTI Investments as a first time home buyer in November of 2005. Under
HTI’s guidance he purchased a condo in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood. After
living in the condo for 9 months, Joe experienced enough appreciation that he was
able to reposition his initial 20% down payment into a 10% down payment on second
property. Joe replaced himself with a tenant in January of 2006 and now self manages
the rental condo. In a matter of 12 months Joe purchased his first property, let
the market appreciate, replaced himself with a tenant, purchased a 2nd property,
and opened an Investment Grade Life Insurance policy.
